Description:
This PR enables the deployment of an nNGM Bridgehead.

Important Note:
Do not confuse the nNGM Tool from the CCP project with the new nNGM project:

The nNGM Tool (CCP project) is a client for the central nNGM database.

This central database is independent of Blaze or any bridgehead database.

TODO:
Adapt Teiler und Exporter to nNGM
