Feature maxcount

Hi Samuele,

first thing first: thanks for the indexmenu plugin, great work.

I implemented a new option "maxcount" which restricts the number of pages shown in the output. This is helpful if you need e.g. only the four newest pages in an overview.

I tested the code, it works fine in my installation, I adjusted the language files for English and German.

I did not write any documentation code for the dokuwiki page, I can do that, if you want to.

Is there a chance that the code is used in the next version of indexmenu?
