Updated the translation to make it more fluent and clear.
The original translation of "Supporter Certificate" was "赞助者证书", but it is not clear enough for Chinese users, the clearer translation would be "赞助者许可证", so I have changed all of them.
BTW I'm not sure if it are some typo on Line 1115("behavioure"), Line 1122("behaviorue"), Line 1748("behavioure"), so I leave them unmodified.
