Trapped-ion mode analysis module for determining the collective motional mode spectrum of a trapped-ion crystal. The module contains two classes: 1) a parent class for generalized mode analysis, and 2) a subclass for linear ion chains. The classes take the atomic species as well as approximately harmonic pseudopotential frequencies in each direction (omega_x, omega_y, omega_z).

I have included tests for this class as well as an example "example_spin_dependent_squeezing.py" to show how to incorporate this mode analysis into simulating dynamics of trapped-ion systems in the context of gate schemes. This involves extracting Lamb Dicke parameters and mode frequencies, computed using the mode analysis module.
