NTLM/Auth fixes

I added the ability to do NTLM auth against a WebDav directory (such as certain sharepoint installs), please let me know what you think.

Hi. Apologies for the massive delay in getting back to you on this. Adding NTLM itself is something I'd be happy to discuss and thanks for doing the preliminary work.
I've marked the PR as "For discussion" as the PR itself is not in a state to be merged.

1. The code here is not going to be licensed under GPL, so please remove the license file
2. I've not gone through and commented on the styling etc as I'm guessing this was a PR for discussion rather than code review, but that would also need to be looked at
