  • Migrate to jupyterbook version 2
  • Use --check-links when building book and update corresponding invalid links
  • Update workflows for building book (split into build and deploy pipeline)
  • Update from legacy cross reference links

The link target should be of the form [](#target), including the # sign.
This may be deprecated in the future
