They are identical files, no need to maintain two copies. Let's use a symlink for index.md pointing to README.md instead.

README.md and docs main page are updated to point users to the new CPP-RS Driver instead of this driver, which is no longer maintained.
TODO(@dgarcia360): make docs show a note that this is not the latest version, similarly to this found in docs for non-latest version of a driver.
