[TUI] Update TUI to accept vectors and create embeddings

Updates the current TUI and wires the the TUI to

• Insert vectors
• Get vectors
• Delete vectors
• Search similar vectors
• insert text/sentence/image embeddings
  into the storage.

To create embeddings, currently it makes HTTP request to a python service(s) (defined under models).
