Rebrand SAFE→SAF across docs, scripts, CI, and server: SAFE-MCP→SAF-MCP, safe-mcp(-sandbox/-hackathon/-tpa)→saf-mcp*, SAFE-T1001/SAFE-T####→SAF-T*, SAFE MCP/SAFE taxonomy→SAF, fkautz/safe-mcp org/repo ref→saf-mcp. Preserved English-word 'safe' (MODE=safe, run-safe/run-unsafe scripts, safe/unsafe modes, npm safe-buffer/safer-buffer, smoke-test variable names).
