- Fixes a bug causing projects within "plans" to use the default tag rather than the tag specified for the project.
- Fixes a bug causing projects to be applied twice
- Allows the user to specify how many years is considered "stale". (stale projects raise a warning and prompt the user for input, causing for potentially long build times)
Bring fork's master branch up to date
