I'm signing off on this, but I want second person to look it over before we merge. There are a few things that need renaming, but I think a feature/spring-cleaning branch is in order anyhow, so we can handle that there.

I'm settting up a code review system on an xvm. The xvm is being a jerk.
But that's also soon to come!
Files will still be on github, not to worry.

Yea.... Well, notice how it doesn't print everything to the Command line each time the API starts, at least. As I said later; I think we should move ownership to the README and trust blame for line by line attribution.

Closing this without merging. It is supersecded by pull request #8 and issue #9 , as well as the in progress branch feature/unittest.
