I think actually playing videos inline inside the Lagrange window would add too many dependencies to the build.

At this point I’m more inclined to implement an external handler feature so you can easily hand the video URL to a video viewer app (e.g., mpv).

I'd like to see this, especially if macOS/Linux allowed the use of the standard ~/.mailcap.
