Hi @L-ZeYun Your "skin" model misses a CollisionModel. Just add A few additional notes :

I combined the two examples, 3instruments_collis and QuadBendingFEMForceField, hoping to realize the simulation of a catheter moving in a flexible blood vessel. I used the skin from QuadBendingFEMForceField as the blood vessel, and it is obvious that the skin is flexible. However, the catheter directly penetrates the skin, as shown in the figure below. Why is this? Is it because the collision is not working? Or is there another reason?
