The Demo section now shows the new speech-android control-demo video (We Fit a Full Offline Voice Agent Into 1.2 GB on Android) side by side with the existing VoxCPM2 speech-studio demo, synchronized across all 13 translated mirrors.

Summary
Replaces the video in the README Demo section with the new one — We Fit a Full Offline Voice Agent Into 1.2 GB on Android, the speech-android control-demo — keeping the existing single-video layout.
All 13 translated mirrors (zh, ja, ko, es, de, fr, hi, pt, ru, ar, vi, tr, th) are updated in the same PR per the translation-sync rule, each with a localized caption and alt text. README.zh-CN.md remains a compatibility pointer.
