Make std::process::Command only compile on Windows, and use tokio::process::Command when spawning the shell on non-Windows targets. Also normalize indentation in App.tsx import/type lists.
Previously, the executor overwrote generated text instead of accumulating it, and silently ignored intermediate stream processing errors. Now text is properly appended and the first encountered stream error propagates to halt processing. Also updates Tauri dependencies to latest versions and adds iteration-aware knowledge regeneration UI with proper error notifications.
