…l VPS (#4) sshd on the target VPS listens on a non-default port, not 22. The ssh/scp calls in deploy.yml never specified any port, so every real invocation would have failed with "connection refused" once secrets were actually provisioned -- caught while capturing the host key for the real credential (ssh-keyscan against the default port silently returned nothing, which is what surfaced this). Adds SSH_PORT as a 5th Environment-scoped secret (consistent with not hardcoding real infra specifics in public source, same as SSH_HOST and SSH_USER) and wires it into all three ssh/scp invocations in the deploy job, plus deploy/README.md's provisioning steps and ADR-0027. Fast-forward-only sync: staging was branched from main before PR #4 (SSH_PORT fix) merged. Brings staging up to date so the deploy pipeline actually works when dispatched against it.
