Not a performance issue (in fact in limiting down to just 30 days will cause extra CPU cycles), but a data integrity issue. We noticed on our instance that these dashboard numbers were continuously wrong…in fact it would cause the dashboard page to crash or give very wrong numbers (like 1 a day estimated, when we were in fact doing 100 or so a day) The fix was to only use the last 30 days’ worth of data for the statistic calculations. |
