Hey Folx 👋

I'm Stacey, my pronouns are she/her. I am a Mom, Wife, Permaculture Enthusiast, 🏳️‍🌈 Queer AF 🏳️‍🌈, and stand united with Trans & BIPOC communities ✊ 🏳️‍⚧️ 🖤🤎 ✊!

My Work Life:

I'm an Independent Community Manager, passionate about building and growing open source communities. I'm a co-chair of Platform Engineering Day with Paula Kennedy, and help out with OpenGitOps and GitOpsCon when I can.

Previously I was a Community Manager at Stacklok, working on our minder project and focusing on building community within the OpenSSF. Prior to that I was at Weaveworks working on various open source projects, including Flux & Flagger. During my stint at Weaveowrks, I helped organize and produce GitOps Days events as well as Weave Online User Group sessions. Previous GitOps Days playlists are available for watching here:
