Resolves #481
Removes the CLI tutorial outputs, so they should be run when the docs are built, in the same way as the Python tutorials.
In total, they seem quicker than their Python counterparts, so while it adds time, it's not too bad, and now that we only run on versioned releases, it's also considerably less frequent anyway.
Also fixes minor bugs with the data being downloaded (missing
/, and missing data file).
