…lti-milestone codex runs snapshot per milestone, controller reconstructs commits STATUS 135 added, 132 rotated to archive (line arithmetic asserted), queue row S1-LANDED, log entry 140. Skill edit frictions: (1) run A's directive said 'commit per milestone' against the documented sandbox limit — codex stopped after M1; (2) run B needed the snapshot protocol invented ad hoc.
