Strengths:

• Clear understanding of data structures and their operations
• Good use of helper methods to improve code readability and modularity
• Appropriate comments explaining the approach
• Correct implementation of time and space complexities

Areas for Improvement:

• In QueueUsingStack.java, the empty() method could be simplified to directly return the boolean expression (return inStack.isEmpty() && outStack.isEmpty();)
• While not incorrect, the HashMap.java implementation wasn't part of the reference solution being evaluated. It would be better to focus on the specific problem being evaluated (Queue using Stacks) unless both were part of the assignment.
