Description
This PR introduces functions FourKit.enablePlugin(ServerPlugin plugin) & FourKit.disablePlugin(ServerPlugin plugin).
Changes
Previous Behavior
Previously, there was no enablePlugin() and disablePlugin()
Root Cause
Sylvessa is dum
Nah but srs it was because those functions didn't exist, and thus there was no enablePlugin() and disablePlugin().
New Behavior
This PR (pull request if you're really fancy) allows you to easily utilize the enablePlugin() and disablePlugin() functions that previously didn't exist.
Fix Implementation
It was fixed by adding enablePlugin() and disablePlugin()
