This fixes the "/app/bin/calibre-server: /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by /app/bin/calibre-server)" error in the arm64 container by updating to jammy from focal. Also updates Calibre to 6.25.0.
