On Linux, running tsrelay with
go run .causes go to be the direct child process, rather than tsrelay, and Node.js doesn't kill grandchild processes withkill(), so entering sudo-mode for Funnel doesn't work in development mode. This fixes that by doing the build step separately and then running tsrelay the same way as production.
