You can store and run the script from iCloud.
However the OS needs to download the database files locally or an error “no such table as…” will be generated and the script attempts to write an empty copy of the sqlite database.
At the moment I don’t know how to force the OS to download the files permanently or stop only storing a link locally.
It is possible to force a download in “Files” by selecting “Download now” from the context menu.
Running it from Pythonista’s local directory is a problem as the developer didn’t allow sqlite files to be moved into it. (or zip) The usual bypass of this issue is to rename the file with a .py extension. However you then cannot rename large files.
