Creating a release/tag?

could you create a release/tag of this repository? This would greatly help in packaging the software via Bioconda!

Also, the MIT license "officially" requires a LICENSE file (not important for you but this would facilitate bioconda packaging).

Thanks for the suggestion. We are in the final stages of refactoring & documenting our SV discovery codebase (including svtk) and will be releasing it later this spring/summer. Once the refactored codebase is available, we will be sure to create a release/tag so that it can be packaged via Bioconda.
