\xkansuji{LaTeX counter}
\@xkansuji{TeX counter}
\Xkansuji{Arabic numerals string}
These commands will give you the usual Chinese numerals: 2014 will be converted to 二千十四, not 二〇一四. A more practical package would have various options to control the formatting, but that is not the purpose of this package.
\jokkansuji{LaTeX counter}
\@jokkansuji{TeX counter}
\JoKKansuji{Arabic numerals string}
These commands will give you the Chinese numerals in the long scale.
\kegonknumeral{LaTeX counter}
\@kegonknumeral{TeX counter}
\Kegonknumeral{Arabic numerals string}
These commands will use numerals in the Chinese translation of the Buddhist scriptures, in the long scale.
