💡 What: Modified ManifoldPoint::is_neighbor to avoid calculating the true Euclidean distance via libm::sqrt. Instead, the calculation manually sums the squared differences and checks against the squared epsilon value. An early exit condition short-circuits the calculation if the accumulated threshold is breached.

🎯 Why: ManifoldPoint::is_neighbor is called in the hot $O(N)$ scanning loop inside SparseAttentionGraph::add_point. Calling sqrt from libm on every check scales poorly. By removing the square root operation and introducing an early loop exit, unnecessary component evaluations are skipped, accelerating the check significantly.

📊 Impact: The sparse attention spatial scanning will avoid a mathematically expensive sqrt operation per element and may short-circuit multi-dimensional point checks. Expected performance improvement depends on space dimensionality and density, but it drastically reduces overall operation time in $O(N)$ operations.

🔬 Measurement: Existing cargo test -p aether-core --offline test suite runs cleanly and confirms exact preservation of behavior (including NaN safe-handling via negative assertion conditionals).
