Currently CheckMeIn creates a session for any time a browser loads a page. Between synthetic monitoring checks, random web scrapes, etc, this can grow quite large. We currently have over 1.5M sessions in production.
This updates CheckMeIn to only create a session if a user is logged in, which should drastically reduce session count given we have tens of users.
