About The Pull Request
This allows for heisters to spawn with an ID (generic placeholder until the ID pr is merged) as well as instructions for getting to their base of operations
this also adds notes for faction instructions (wrights, bishops, van graffs) written by our lovely chopchop
Why It's Good For The Game
so factions know what they're doing/where to go.
