About The Pull Request
I looked at runtime logs and saw there was a runtime for body size limits, which is unused on live and supposed to be disabled but isn't. Looking into it I thought it would be fine to just remove it instead, but then I fell into a spiral of removing other citadel/erp prefs which ended up with me removing genitals and stuff entirely.
Removes Genitals
Removes Citadel prefs
Removes Enthralling
Removes body size stuff
None of this is used on live but it does remove the mention of 'Your species is not eligible for Genitals' on the prefs menu.
