Restore: Final updated documentation structure and cleanup (from closed PR #147)

Description

This PR restores the changes from the previously closed PR #147. The original PR could not be reopened because the main branch was force-pushed.

What’s included

• Transferred relevant markdown files from the old documentation repository.
• Organized content into logical folders (e.g., SplashKit issues, guides).
• Removed deprecated or irrelevant documentation.

Why

To consolidate all documentation into the Thoth Tech Documentation Website as the single source of truth.

Notes

• Content-only changes (markdown files).
• No code or configuration changes.
• Maintainers can safely merge without affecting build/runtime.
