Documentations are wrong. Needs to be fixed to reflect what is actually in the code.

Description
This Pull Request adds comprehensive documentation for the Rails backend of the Doubtfire API. The documentation includes detailed information on user authentication and management using Devise, file downloads, API root and documentation, Sidekiq management, Action Mailbox for email handling, and environment configurations. Additionally, it includes an architecture diagram illustrating the components and interactions within the Doubtfire API.
