This PR aims to fix an issue identified in #6287.
Briefly, this reverts commit f9b9703, thereby removing
theme_transparent().This was because of a namespace conflict with
ggpubr::theme_transparent(), which affected 44 packages.Moreover, transparent themes are now easy to construct by setting using
theme_*(paper = "transparent").
