Use playwright for tests:

  • as replacement for the confusing mocha/puppeteer setup
  • to automate demo testing

@Codetrauma good catch. These READMEs indeed needed an update.
I have used the text from https://tlsnotary.org/docs/quick_start/tlsn-js instead.

After the alpha 11 release, we need to update the documentation website for the react demo, like we did for https://tlsnotary.org/docs/quick_start/tlsn-js#interactive-demo
