Closes #1328

  1. Edited "raw" links, i.e., replaced "https://something-something" with proper titles
  2. Updated the HackenProof link and changed "TON Society" to "TON Foundation"
  3. Removed mentions of language-specific TON dev chats and instead gave a single folder link
