What does it do?

It enables erasableSyntaxOnly for all the TypeScript configurations

I wasn't sure if this is a breaking change as this flag was introduces in TypeScript 5.8 and might break older versions. That's why I chose to generate a changeset with a major version instead of a patch.

Also, perhaps it's a good idea to include TypeScript as a peerDependency and use version ^5.8.0

Now that TypeScript 5.8 is stable, we can safely enable the
erasableSyntaxOnly option
