With go1.24 arriving soon, 1.22.0 is no longer supported. One driving feature of go1.23 is better support in the standard library for configuring TCP keepalives.

go1.24.0 should be released this week, and when that happens go1.22 will no longer be supported. Bumping to go1.23 unlocks the standard library features of go1.23, such as easy configuration of TCP keepalives, which will be used in an upcoming PR.
