Delete specific auto-generated Python directories in the build/ folder for selected packages.

rm_symlink_dirs() in the mil2

Works like a charm. Added to cb since it does not increase build time. Currently only for when someone builds the full repo, should eventually add for package select arguments, but dont want to remove all if building unrelated pkgs.
