Added a known issues section with the issue I faced while using the project and the main other feature issue the project is dealing with. Linked issue 74.

Added a known issues section with the issue I faced while using the project and the main other feature issue the project is dealing with. Linked issue 74 as the main issue that has been worked on. This is similar to the issue I faced with the alarms persisting when you aren't able to change them.
