Fix Android/iOS builds for RN 60 and streaming functionality

• Replaced unmaintained yasea Android RTMP library with another more current library (https://github.com/pedroSG94/rtmp-rtsp-stream-client-java/) to resolve the noted Android issues such as Stream publish isn't work on Android #8
• Restructured iOS native code to properly link and build under RN 60
