- Use corepack to enable pnpm - Replace npm ci with pnpm install --frozen-lockfile - Replace npm prune with pnpm prune --prod - Update cache paths for pnpm - Remove stale package-lock.json (was out of sync) - Add package-lock.json to .gitignore Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <[email protected]>
