76-84: Review patch-level version bumps in dependencies
The bump to @typescript-eslint/utils@^8.33.0 (line 76) and unrs-resolver@^1.7.8 (line 84) are patch/minor updates. Please verify there are no breaking changes affecting runtime behavior.

93-94: Validate parser and Angular ESLint parser version bumps
The upgrades to @angular-eslint/template-parser@^19.6.0 and @babel/core@^7.27.3 may include parsing or AST changes. Confirm compatibility with your lint and build pipelines.

120-124: Ensure @typescript-eslint packages remain in sync
The devDependencies @types/node@^22.15.27, @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin@^8.33.0, @typescript-eslint/parser@^8.33.0, and @typescript-eslint/rule-tester@^8.33.0 are all aligned to 8.33.0, which is good practice.

135-139: Check ESLint plugin compatibility
The bumps for eslint-plugin-jest@^28.12.0 and eslint-plugin-prettier@^5.4.1 should be validated against the current eslint@^9.27.0 setup to avoid rule or dependency mismatches.

157-157: Patch bump for tsdown appears safe
Updating tsdown@^0.12.5 is a minor release used in build tooling; no immediate concerns.

1-6: Changeset summary aligns with primary dependency bumps
The summary correctly documents the patch updates for @typescript-eslint/utils and unrs-resolver. DevDependency updates are excluded as expected.
