Release prep for WinuxCmd v0.12.3. Changes cover grep color behavior, find compatibility, and rm recursive removal edge cases. Validated cmake build target winuxcmd and targeted CTest for grep/find/rm: 172/172 passed. Note: full local CTest still has 14 existing failures in numfmt/od/readlink/stty, outside this PR's touched files.
