Here's another mutator for UT99 I found it from Oldunreal.com and it says in Oldunreal.com "Rain, Snow and Wheel for UT" anyway.

I also wanted to add Resurgence and the Original Xidia Campaign into the Unreal Archive because I don't see them there, Resurgence is a Campaign for Unreal Gold, The Classic Xidia is a campaign for Unreal Tournament but on the dectector it says no new content found and I don't know why anyway.
