tbb_stddef.hwas removed. However,ceres::EigenQuaternionParameterizationwill be replaced by "ceres::EigenQuaternionManifold".#include <set>in some sources as this may cause compiler problem.#include <tf2_eigen/tf2_eigen.hpp>.
