Internal Server Error on WCMS Endpoints

Several endpoints meant to access WCMS data are currently returning a mysterious 500 error.

This should be fixed now.

The cause was a mistake in the SQL when moving over to the Azure host. Of note, currently there is a single record result for sites that have no posts. I believe previously we returned a 404 status code. I will leave this issue open for now in case you report it not resolved, and address the 404 to be consistent in the future.

I am getting the same 500 error when trying to request an API account by registering an account (/v3/Account/Register). Not sure if related to this or if I'm just doing something wrong!
