Add Ilum

Adding Ilum, which is a data Lakehouse which can be started within a docker container. It's better to be used within K8s env because of its modules like Apache Airflow, MLFlow, Superset etc. but using pure docker or docker-compose is also fine.

I think linking to the documentation is a better option than pointing to individual repos since ilum is a modular system with multiple components. The docs provide a structured overview of how everything fits together.

It defeats the purpose of this list because I couldn't figure out how is this related to docker.
