Builder-voice rewrite: lead with personalized-learning over generic blocklist, differentiate from destructive_command_guard, name the three load-bearing properties (learned / deterministic / cross-agent). Add a Quickstart (install + local demo, no Codespaces) up top, three terminal cards rendered from real `vibebloat demo` output, a Codex+GPT-5.6 build section, and a demo-video slot.
