This PR adds CONTRIBUTING.md which documents the skill update/versioning process. ✅ CI is passing (Socket Security + Vercel Agent Review). This should be merged first in the sequence: 175 → 176 → 177 → 178 All PRs are from the core team and address important maintenance tasks. |

Issue #168 identified no documented process for updating published skills. Contributors and maintainers had no clear guidance on versioning or update workflows. This PR fills that gap.
